This week challenges the church to ask: Who is my neighbor, and am I willing to cross the street for them?

Jesus sends out 72 ordinary people—not just the Twelve—with authority, purpose, and a clear mission. Every follower of Jesus is commissioned as an agent of hope in their neighborhood, workplace, and community. This week we are invited to see ourselves not as spectators of God's mission, but as active participants sent into the everyday spaces of our lives.

The Plot Begins
What would kindness look like if we thought of it less as a passive behavior and more as a conspiracy? This week, Pastor Sean returns from sabbatical and launches a new 10-week series through the Gospel of Luke called Kindness Conspiracy. This series will follow how Jesus turned kindness into a movement that crossed every boundary and pulled unlikely people into God's mission. This week we're in Luke 4, where Jesus stands up in His hometown synagogue and lays out the whole mission: good news for the poor, freedom for the captive, sight for the blind, release for the oppressed. It's a plot that begins a movement, starting with Jesus and passed on to us.
