Offering the liaison of a licensed registered nurse is one of the ways in which Peñasquitos Lutheran Church reaches out to those who need information about medical resources when they don't know where to start. PLC's parish also offers many innovative workshops and classes on current health issues; often times relating them to scripture in order to bring your good health closer to Christ.

Bringing your pain to Christ with the guidance of someone who understands can be beneficial in times of need. There may be times when talking to a professional counselor in a safe, Christ-centered environment can allow the emotional healing to begin and the spiritual connection to flourish. Peñasquitos Lutheran Church offers the services of a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps individuals, families and couples invite Christ into their emotional lives while offering clinical professionalism.
